After school Kid’s Club in Dore, Sheffield, South Yorkshire

Play in Dore offers an after school club and childcare service throughout term time for children aged 4 to 11.

We can collect from Dore Primary School, Totley All Saints, Totley Primary School and are able to look after them until 6:30 p.m. The club is based at at King Ecgbert School, Totley Brook ROad, Dore, Sheffield.

After-School Club in Dore

It’s sometimes difficult for parents to balance working life with picking children up from school. That’s why this after-school club is so handy. We’re able to watch over you little ones while you finish up at the office, with flexible finishing time available. We also have a breakfast club available, for those who have an early start.

Pricing

  • 5:00 p.m. Pick-Up: £10
  • 6:30 p.m. Pick-Up: £13

There is a 10% discount when a sibling is booked in with their brother/ sister.

Payment must be made in advance, and is payable by cash, cheque, bank transfer, or childcare voucher. Cheques should be made payable to Play in Dore Ltd. Please ensure that payments are made promptly, as non-payment may result in a termination of your agreement. If you’re finding it difficult to pay, please let us know. We’re able to speak to you in confidence about the situation.

Any alterations or cancellations must be made at least one week in advance. The normal rate remains payable in the event of sickness or severe weather. If you require extra sessions, our team strives to find space for you.

A Light Meal

Before heading home to you we provide your child with a nutritious light meal. This may include:

  • Baguettes 
  • Bread Cakes 
  • Ciabattas 
  • Fresh Fruit
  • Pitta Bread 
  • Sandwiches – Including Chicken, Ham, Cheese, or Tuna
  • Sugar-Free Jelly 
  • Yoghurt

Walking Bus

We’ve developed a walking bus, and this encourages a healthy lifestyle in children. It takes around 15 minutes, and children are monitored at all times. As part of this the youngsters walk local nature trails, and this means that they get to experience local wildlife. Reflective safety jackets and, where necessary, waterproof ponchos are worn. Other benefits include:
