HEALTHY Packed Lunches

At the club we do not provide full meals. We offer light snacks and fresh water, but everything else must come in a pre-prepared packed lunch.

For the children’s main meal we ask for parents to provide a healthy packed lunch with the child’s name on. If you would like to include extra snacks within this for your children, feel free to do so. We promote healthy eating within the club, we kindly ask parents to stick to our healthy eating policy by providing healthy meals and snacks. All food is eaten in a relaxed and social atmosphere.

PLEASE BEAR IN MIND THAT WE DO NOT HAVE ANY REFRIGERATION FACILITIES TO STORE PACKED LUNCHES, therefore we ask for the lunch boxes to be self cooling or for parents to provide an ice pack to keep food fresh for food hygiene purposes. 

We are a NUT-FREE ZONE and all packed lunches must NOT contain nut based products or anything that may contain nuts.

Packaging must be checked for:

• Products which contain nuts or ‘may’ contain traces of nuts.
  

Indicating this is unsuitable for club consumption.

Lunch box items will be removed by staff and replaced with snack items if containing nuts or nut products.

Food and Snacks

Throughout the day your child is given the chance to have healthy snacks. These are offered at breakfast time, as well as during the afternoon session. The food offered includes:

•  Breadsticks, Crackers, Fresh Fruit, Fresh Vegetable Crudité, Rice Cakes.

Professional Coaching

We want to provide children with unique workshops, full of fun and excitement. That’s why we regularly hire professional coaches to run specialist programs to improve the children’s confidence and encourage them to try new things. Some of the specialised workshops we provide are below:

• Martial Arts
